Our company currently has 5 German Manufactured dipping machine which are capable of producing 100,000 gross condoms per month. Furthermore , our company has room for expansion to produce additional 100,000 gross per month
ELECTRONIC TESTING MACHINES
The High Voltage Dry Electronic Testing Machine is designated to meet the testing requirements of our products. Our high performance Electronic Testing Machine has the capability to cater high output. One unit of Electronic Testing Machine has 2 independent testing station. Each station is capable of testing approximately more than 16,000 pieces per day (8 hours operation). Our facility is well equipped with 12 units of Electronic Testing Machine with 24 independent testing stations. With our well trained operators , our Electronic Testing Machine is capable of testing approximately more than 1,000,000 pcs per day (24 hours operation)
SEALING MACHINES
With our rotary sealing machines all our products are excellently sealed and packed. Our company has 7 sealing machines to cater wide range of sealed condoms
